About

Estee is an entrepreneur and business operator with over a decade of experience building and scaling organizations.

She founded and led California Job Shop, a nationwide, multimillion-dollar recruiting firm, which she successfully exited in 2023. Before that, she spent seven years as a teacher. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration, and she is the mother of five.

Today she is focused on Autumn Business Brokerage, the firm she founded to connect business buyers and sellers.

After a great experience selling her own company, California Job Shop, Estee founded Autumn to connect business buyers and sellers, and to make the process clear, honest, and pleasant for everyone involved. Launching soon in Los Angeles.
